Cookie cutters are for organizations that use predictable ideas and methods to turn out standard products.
Because we work with innovators, cookie-cutter approaches to communication just don’t make any sense.
Instead, our straightforward, four-step process gives you a communication solution tailored to your precise needs.
For a content creation project—a design brief and a workplan with milestones and deliverables
For a strategic consulting project—a project roadmap with milestones and deliverables
For a training engagement—learning outcomes and course or program outline
For a team coaching engagement—project roadmap describing learning outcomes, communication product(s) to be created, coaching and training sessions, and communication tools
Throughout this phase, we stay in close contact so you never have to guess about the status of your project. The documentation created during the Design phase keeps the team and project on track.
Our fixed-fee model means that you don’t have to worry about staying within a certain number of billable hours. For content creation projects, we normally include a certain number of revisions in the project fee.
For a content creation project, we lead a short debrief session to capture what’s been learned and brainstorm ways to turn the learning into process improvements.
For a training project, we encourage participant feedback via an evaluation form, and we conduct a more in-depth debrief centered on the desired learning outcomes.
For a coaching project, we conduct a debrief and follow up with summary notes and/or a toolkit to solidify the learning.
“I worked with Clarity Studio to facilitate a seminar for early career researchers on effectively communicating their expertise to industry partners. Dawn consistently delivered high-quality work that surpassed my expectations. Her attention to detail, innovative ideas, and flawless execution were evident in every aspect of her work. It was clear that she possesses a profound passion for what she does. We saw positive results within weeks of the seminar!”
