“We wanted to get a series of examples to showcase experiential learning in the arts. Dawn took a series of 45-minute interviews that I had with practitioners from across the country and turned them into punchy, 500-word exemplars.

Experiential learning is a heavily term-filled area. Dawn understood the content but also understood how important it was to position it in a way that would appeal to all our stakeholders. She asked really insightful questions, which was extremely helpful. I can't think of one other person that could provide the service that she did.

We wouldn't have been able to create the output Dawn provided, even with a lot of time. I would encourage people to read examples of what Dawn writes and think about how it makes them feel, how clear it is. When we sent the examples for review, many of the interviewees said how energizing it was to read them.”
